Who is responsible for your information?

The party responsible for information on this website (the “database owner”) is Yossi Medalsi – Heart Compass, an Israeli VAT-exempt sole proprietor (business number 025663642). Yossi Medalsi handles privacy enquiries at yossi@heartcompass.co.il.

What information is collected?

• Information you provide voluntarily: your name, phone number, email address, preferred language, and message content when contacting us through WhatsApp, email, a contact form, or the newsletter form.
• Anonymous technical information: general usage data (such as browser type, pages viewed, and referral source) collected through cookies and analytics tools, without personal identification.

We collect only the minimum information needed for the purposes described here.

How is information used?

• Responding to enquiries and arranging coaching sessions.
• Improving the website's content and services.
• Performance measurement and advertising (analytics and remarketing), subject to your cookie consent.
• Sending professional insights and tools only if you explicitly agree through the newsletter form.

Minors

Some coaching services are intended for teens. Coaching a minor takes place with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 without parental consent. If you become aware that a minor has provided information without consent, please contact us so we can delete it.

Your rights
