The website is operated by Yossi Medalsi – Heart Compass, an Israeli VAT-exempt sole proprietor (business number 025663642). Contact us at yossi@heartcompass.co.il or on WhatsApp. Services are delivered online throughout Israel.
Nature of the service
Heart Compass offers emotional coaching based on the M.S.A. approach for couples, parents, teens, and individual personal growth. Services are provided online by Yossi Medalsi.
Important clarification
Emotional coaching does not replace psychological, psychiatric, or medical treatment. Website content is general information and does not constitute personal advice, diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. If you are in immediate emotional distress, seek professional help. Scheduling, payment, and cancellation
Sessions and payments are arranged directly with Yossi Medalsi; the website does not process payments automatically. You may reschedule or cancel an appointment at least 24 hours in advance through the website's contact channels.
Under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, a customer may cancel a service transaction within 14 days of entering into it, provided cancellation takes place at least two business days before the session. Any applicable cancellation fees are subject to the law.
Intellectual property
All website content, including text, articles, the M.S.A. approach, design, and images, belongs to Yossi Medalsi and is protected by copyright. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Liability
Content is provided “as is”. Yossi Medalsi makes efforts to ensure accuracy but is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from reliance on information on this website.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Israeli law. The competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction.
